| EXPORT OPERATIONS
The Export Division of Pacific Toyota was created in February 1999 to allow the company to specialise in the supply of Genuine Toyota Parts to customers away from the Australian mainland. Pacific Toyota has been involved in the export of Toyota Genuine Parts to mining ventures for many years. Pacific Toyota has been a supplier to one of the world's largest mining ventures since 1979 and is now their preferred supplier of Toyota Parts and Vehicles. To date Pacific Toyota has been able to fulfil a range of customer requirements in Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, The Solomon Islands, New Zealand, and other areas within the Pacific Basin. We have also shipped parts to customers in Japan, South Africa, South America, and the U.S.A.. For customers who require additional services we can offer the assistance of 'on-site' consultancy for the evaluation and planning of Toyota parts inventories. Timely identification of redundant stock and correct forecasting of future stock can result in substantial savings in both inventory dollars and vehicle down time. Technical back-up and on-site training for the correct maintenance and repair procedures involved with Toyota Commercial Vehicles is another service able to be provided by Pacific Toyota. This allows for the very latest technical information provided by Toyota to be utilised on-site. Pacific Toyota Export staff have a deep understanding of the individual requirements and operational problems that can occur in remote locations, so any requests are handled with the urgency they deserve. Pacific Toyota can provide vehicles modified to suit customers individual requirements for their own conditions and use. We also have the ability to lease vehicles to prospective clients should re-exportation be required from the country of usage. Shipping can be arranged by us to
