About the Role
Parts Interpreters work with customers to identify their parts needs within the Toyota, Lexus and Hino range of vehicles. Delivering a great customer experience, working with other team members to ensure all customers are attended to in a respectful and professional manner; whether that be in person or remotely. We have a high level of training and support to give you the best chance of succeeding in your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately identify parts across Toyota, Lexus, and Hino vehicles
- Use catalogues and digital systems to interpret and source parts
- Receive and process parts orders efficiently
- Prepare invoices and assist with administrative tasks
- Foster strong customer relationships and loyalty
- Uphold safety and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a parts department (Toyota preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and cataloguing systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude
