About the Role
Due to a team member relocating, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced automotive professional with a passion for customer service and the industry.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key liaison between our customers and the service team, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the servicing process
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service recommendations and costs
- Maintain accurate records using computerized systems
- Ensure a high level of time management and organization
Skills & Experience
- Strong customer service skills with a professional phone manner
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Computer literacy – ability to learn and navigate systems efficiently
- Experience with Tune DMS is advantageous but not essential
- Open Manual Driver’s License required
- Prior experience at a Toyota or Lexus dealership is highly regarded
