In this role you will be required to:

  • Greet guests arriving at the dealership
  • Answer and direct all calls for the Pacific Toyota dealership
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Support the guest experience team
  • Receive and answer general enquiries via phone or face to face
To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • An excellent communicator and well presented
  • Experience in front of house greeting
  • Experience in taking phone calls
  • Experience in customer service
  • Good computer skills (email)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheets, as well as general knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in a similar role will be regarded highly when considering applications.
