In this role you will be required to:
- Greet guests arriving at the dealership
- Answer and direct all calls for the Pacific Toyota dealership
- Perform general administrative duties
- Support the guest experience team
- Receive and answer general enquiries via phone or face to face
To be successful in this role, you will be:
- An excellent communicator and well presented
- Experience in front of house greeting
- Experience in taking phone calls
- Experience in customer service
- Good computer skills (email)
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheets, as well as general knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in a similar role will be regarded highly when considering applications.
