Overnight Servicing is the most convenient way to maintain your vehicle — without interrupting your day. Simply drop your vehicle off between 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm, and pick it up the next morning from 6:30 am, fully serviced and ready to go. It's the ideal solution for busy schedules, letting you take care of your car while you take care of everything else.

You can drop your vehicle off between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM Monday to Friday. A secure after-hours key drop box is provided for your convenience.

Your vehicle will be ready for pick-up from 6:30 AM the following business day. If you drop off your vehicle on Friday night, pick-up will be available Saturday morning from 8-10am    

Yes — bookings are essential. Overnight Servicing is subject to availability and spots can fill quickly.

Yes. We offer a courtesy bus service from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, taking passengers into the Cairns CBD. Please be ready to leave at the scheduled time. If you miss the bus, you will need to arrange your own transport

Yes, if our technicians identify any additional work and you’ve agreed to a pre-approval amount at the time of booking, we’ll proceed up to that amount without contacting you. If the cost exceeds your pre-approved limit, we’ll get in touch for your approval before carrying out any further work

Overnight Servicing is available for most Toyota vehicles, including those eligible for Capped Price Servicing under Toyota Service Advantage. Please note that certain models, such as LandCruisers, may not be eligible due to time requirements. If you are unsure whether your vehicle qualifies, we recommend contacting our dealership team for confirmation.. 

Yes, we can service non-Toyota vehicles with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.

When you bring your vehicle in for service, our Service Advisor will walk you through any immediate safety concerns and general maintenance needs. Before any work begins, we’ll discuss and seek your approval for any recommended repairs to ensure your vehicle stays safe and running smoothly.

Absolutely. All Overnight Servicing is carried out by our Toyota-trained technicians using Genuine Toyota Parts, following Toyota Australia's servicing standards.

Yes, but please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee    

• Remove all personal items and valuables
• Provide your service logbook (if available)
• Let us know of any specific issues you’d like us to check

Once your vehicle is securely locked in our after-hours drop zone, access is restricted until the service team arrives the following morning. We recommend removing all personal items before drop-off.

If needed, early drop-off may be arranged during business hours, but the Overnight Servicing process officially begins from 3:00 PM onwards. Speak with our team to coordinate timing.

If you miss the courtesy bus departure, you will need to arrange your own transport. Please note, the bus operates only between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM and does not run outside these hours

No, this service is designed for after-hours convenience. The dealership is closed after 5:00 PM, and customer waiting areas are not available during the overnight period

Yes, you can request additional services when booking. Simply let our team know in advance. Any items not included in standard logbook servicing may incur extra charges and will require your approval.

Payment can be made when you collect your vehicle in the morning. We accept EFTPOS, credit card, or over-the-phone payment (if pre-approved). Please speak with our service team to arrange your preferred method.

No problem. If you can’t pick up your vehicle at 6:30 AM, we’ll hold it until you arrive. Please let us know your preferred collection time during booking.

All Overnight Servicing vehicles must be picked up before 12:00 PM the following day

No, there is no extra charge for choosing the overnight service option. You only pay for your scheduled service and any approved additional work.
