The Role
As Service Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop a large, multi-site service team.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention in line with Toyota and Lexus KPIs.
- Oversee workshop performance, productivity, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer, safety, and process standards.
- Apply your mechanical acumen to support technicians, guide workshop operations, and maintain service quality.
- Mentor staff and build a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.
- Engage directly with customers, delivering premium aftersales experiences.
About You
You will bring:
- Proven success as a Service Manager or senior leader in an automotive dealership (Toyota/Lexus experience highly regarded).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
- Solid mechanical acumen – able to understand workshop operations and provide technical insight when needed.
- Exceptional customer focus and communication skills.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and reporting.
- High attention to detail, compliance, and process discipline.
- Drive and ambition to deliver outstanding results in a competitive market.
